High-precision scanning atomic-force microscope (AFM) or profilometers are used for nanoscanning — 3D surface profile modeling.
Tests are conducted according to the following standards: Measurement of material and coating hardness as per ASTM E2546-07. Scratch-hardness coating tests as per ASTM С1624-05, ASTM D7027-05, ISO 20502.
If required the instrument can be registered in the SI register per GOST ISO 6507 and GOST 9450-76.
