Nanovea nanohardness tester and scratch tester (adhesion tester) is an unique instrument, it can conduct these researches on the same platform. Nanoindenters, precision force and depth sensors as well as motorized object tables are used to obtain results. High-precision scanning atomic-force microscope (AFM) or profilometers are used for nanoscanning — 3D surface profile modeling.
Tests are conducted according to the following standards: Measurement of material and coating hardness as per ASTM E2546-07. Scratch-hardness coating tests as per ASTM С1624-05, ASTM D7027-05, ISO 20502.
If required the instrument can be registered in the SI register per GOST ISO 6507 and GOST 9450-76.
